Taiwan Domino’s Pizza Co., Ltd. (www.dominos.com.tw) (“the Company,” “we,” or “Domino’s”) fully respects users’ privacy rights. To help you understand how Domino’s collects, uses, and protects the personal or company information you provide, please carefully read the following Membership Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy (collectively referred to as “this Agreement”). By confirming your agreement to this Agreement, a legally binding relationship is established between you and the Company. You will become a member of the Company and be entitled to enjoy the related member services (hereinafter referred to as the “Member Services”). Please be sure to thoroughly read all content of the Membership Terms and Privacy Policy before registering. If you have any questions, you may contact us. By successfully completing the registration process, you are deemed to have fully understood and agreed to the contents of this Agreement. Members will be bound by this Agreement and any future revisions. If you do not agree to this Agreement, you will not be able to register and enjoy related services.

1. Collection of User Information
The purpose of collecting data is to verify user identity and provide product-related services on the www.dominos.com.tw website. The scope includes:

When registering as a Domino’s member, users must provide: name, email, password, address, phone number, marital status, number of children, education, occupation, business registration number, and email newsletter preferences.

Online campaigns or surveys may require users to provide name, phone number, email, and address.

Online ordering: The user is still protected by Domino’s privacy policy. Additionally, we may retain system records generated during user browsing, including IP address, usage time, browser type, browsing and click records, etc.

2. Use of User Information
To offer additional services or promotional benefits, we may need to share your data with third parties. In such cases, we will provide sufficient explanation, and you may choose whether to accept such services.

Without user consent, we will not disclose personal data to third parties or use it beyond the stated purposes.

3. Modification of User Information
Once you have registered as a member, you may use your login credentials (registered mobile number and password) to update your personal information at any time. However, past service content and transaction records are not included in these changes.

4. Membership Registration Notes
New members must complete email verification to activate their accounts.

Existing members must also verify their emails due to a system upgrade to access member features.

5. Code of Conduct and Use Restrictions
You agree to comply with the following rules:

Do not delete any copyright, trademark, or ownership notices.

Do not extract or collect information from the services, including information about other users, products, services, or promotions.

Do not log in automatically or attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems.

Do not solicit information from individuals under the age of 20 (or the legal adult age under local civil law) or request others’ passwords or identification for illegal/commercial purposes.

Do not use or attempt to use another person's account without authorization.

Do not intercept, download, or store website content without permission.

Do not access unauthorized areas or overload, attack, or disrupt the system.

Do not reverse engineer or create unauthorized third-party applications.

Do not modify the service to impersonate our brand or falsely suggest affiliation.

Do not hinder other users from accessing the services.

Follow all applicable internet protocols, laws, and practices.

Although the Company is not obligated to monitor user behavior, we reserve the right to review and take necessary actions if any violation or harm is suspected.

6. Pricing
All product prices are shown in New Taiwan Dollars (NTD) unless otherwise specified. Even if an order has been placed, we reserve the right to adjust, limit, reject, or terminate any order to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Errors
We do not guarantee that any product, service, description, image, or price is accurate or error-free. If errors occur, we may correct or cancel orders and provide refunds as necessary, within the scope of applicable laws.

8. Suspension or Termination of Member Account
Suspension: We may suspend any part of your account at any time, for any reason.

Termination: We may terminate your account if you violate this Agreement, including repeated infringement of intellectual property rights.

After termination, you will remain subject to the effective terms as of the suspension or termination date.

9. Use of External Links
The website may contain links to other sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, availability, content, or updates of those third-party sites, nor do we endorse or assume any responsibility for them.

10. Use of Cookies
We use cookies to enhance system speed and personalize services. The server stores necessary information via the browser on the user’s hard drive. This allows the server to recognize the user and adjust website behavior accordingly.

11. Exceptions to Privacy Protection
If a user is under criminal investigation, we may provide relevant data to judicial authorities in accordance with the law.

12. Right to Amend the Agreement
We reserve the right to update, amend, or suspend this Agreement and any Member Service or feature at any time. All changes will be posted on the website, and we encourage you to check periodically.

Unless stated otherwise, any changes will take effect immediately upon publication or on the designated effective date. Continued use of the Member Services constitutes your agreement to the updated terms.

If you do not agree with the changes, you may contact us to terminate your account, and all rights and services will cease upon termination.
