The purpose of collecting data is to verify user identity and provide product-related services on the www.dominos.com.tw website. The scope includes:
When registering as a Domino’s member, users must provide: name, email, password, address, phone number, marital status, number of children, education, occupation, business registration number, and email newsletter preferences.
Online campaigns or surveys may require users to provide name, phone number, email, and address.
Online ordering: The user is still protected by Domino’s privacy policy. Additionally, we may retain system records generated during user browsing, including IP address, usage time, browser type, browsing and click records, etc.

Although the Company is not obligated to monitor user behavior, we reserve the right to review and take necessary actions if any violation or harm is suspected.

All product prices are shown in New Taiwan Dollars (NTD) unless otherwise specified. Even if an order has been placed, we reserve the right to adjust, limit, reject, or terminate any order to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee that any product, service, description, image, or price is accurate or error-free. If errors occur, we may correct or cancel orders and provide refunds as necessary, within the scope of applicable laws.
8. Suspension or Termination of Member Account
Suspension: We may suspend any part of your account at any time, for any reason.
Termination: We may terminate your account if you violate this Agreement, including repeated infringement of intellectual property rights.
After termination, you will remain subject to the effective terms as of the suspension or termination date.

The website may contain links to other sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, availability, content, or updates of those third-party sites, nor do we endorse or assume any responsibility for them.
10. Use of Cookies
