Q1. Are there any card type restrictions for online credit card payments?
Currently, we do not support payments made with American Express (AE), Diners Club, or UnionPay cards.
Q2. How can I modify or cancel an online order after it has been placed?
For same-day orders, customers must contact the store directly by phone. Store staff will assist with modifying the order (note: orders paid by credit card cannot be modified) or canceling it.
For orders scheduled at least one day in advance, you can log in to your account > Order History > Cancel, or call our customer service hotline at 0800-291-252 for assistance.
Q3. Why can’t I find certain promotions on the online ordering page?
Domino’s offers a variety of pizza combo deals. The online ordering system highlights the most popular and chef-recommended combos. If the promotion you’re looking for isn’t listed online, please call 412-5252 (mobile users dial 02-412-5252) for assistance.
Q4. Is there a delivery fee?
Delivery is free for orders totaling NT$399 or more.
For orders under NT$399, a delivery fee of NT$70 will be charged.
Takeout-only promotions are not eligible for delivery service.
Q5. Can I cancel an order after paying by credit card online?
(1) For orders scheduled at least one day in advance, you can log in to your account > Order History > Cancel, or call our customer service hotline at 0800-291-252 for assistance.
(2) For same-day orders (or orders due that day), cancellation is possible as long as the order has not yet entered production. Please contact the store directly by phone to cancel.
Q6. Can I modify an order after paying by credit card online?
Due to issues related to the charged amount, the system does not support order modifications. You will need to cancel the existing order and place a new one.
